Das Fluechtlingslager wurde urspruenglich 1991 errichtet, als die Menschen wegen des Buergerkriegs aus Somalia fluechten mussten. Because of famine in the Horn of Africa, over 1,300 people daily, mainly women and children, come from Somalia to this camp.
